1. Make Your Application – Although we have removed most of the boring steps that other brokers make their clients take, we do still need to collect some details about you so we can find a lender that’s willing to offer you a mortgage. However, we have tried to make this part of the process as easy as possible, by giving you the choice of applying online, in person or over the phone.
2. Wait for a Decision – We’ll evaluate your application straight away and, assuming everything’s in order, find a lender that wants to help.
3. Review Your Agreement In Principle (AIP) – Having found a suitable lender, we’ll forward you an AIP to review at your leisure. You should get this on the same day that you apply for your mortgage!
